A relatively common condition affecting male fertility is erotic Varicocele. This condition occurs when veins within the scrotum become enlarged and twisted.
Varicocele can interfere with the temperature regulation erotic of the testes. Since sperm production requires slightly lower temperatures than normal body temperature, this condition may erotic negatively affect sperm quality.
Men with varicocele may experience reduced sperm count and decreased sperm motility.
In many cases, surgical treatment can correct the condition and restore normal blood flow. After treatment, some erotic patients experience improved fertility.
