Regular exercise can improve reproductive health by maintaining hormonal balance and supporting cardiovascular health. However, excessive intense exercise may negatively affect testosterone levels and fertility.

Maintaining optimal reproductive health requires a combination of healthy lifestyle choices, proper nutrition, and regular medical evaluation.
